Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://jypremierhomeimprovementsllc.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. JY Premier Home Improvements LLC reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.

Service Description. This Site describes Masonry Contractor, Concrete Work, Brick Repair, Concrete Patio Installation, Pressure Washing, House Washing, Driveway Cleaning, Exterior Painting provided by JY Premier Home Improvements LLC. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.

Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://jypremierhomeimprovementsllc.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of JY Premier Home Improvements LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

End of Use. JY Premier Home Improvements LLC may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. JY Premier Home Improvements LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.

Cap on Damages. Liability of JY Premier Home Improvements LLC arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.

Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold JY Premier Home Improvements LLC harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.

Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by VA law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in VA for any dispute arising out of these Terms.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
